Thoughts to Ponder

Sunday, October 24, 2010

Word: “Why do you fear and doubt? Do not fear. Do not worry. For I am with you!” says the Lord.

It’s time to grow up, church! At this point in the service you should be focusing on His promises. If not, you’re probably focused on your problems.

You can’t ignore God and then think He’s going to do something.

Don’t despise the days of small beginnings.

From next to nothing, God raises up His purpose and receives all the glory.

Your attitude reflects your faith.

Any time we take a step away from God and His purpose; we’re on our own.

“I’ve come to meet with Jesus…as God.”

Just because it sounds good, doesn’t mean it’s right.

It’s not an accident you’re here today. God has a purpose!

I’d feel real good if just one person would listen.

This is the place that fuels your vision.

Every move of God that begins in the Spirit, someone tries to perfect it in the flesh.

How do we expect the world to treat Him as God, if we don’t?

To God you are “very somebody!”

Somebody somewhere is going to be barren enough…for an angel to show up.

It’s time for this book (the Bible) to become a reality.

Stop giving God your leftovers. Give Him your “firsts.”

If God’s not first in your life; He’s not in your life at all.

This place is special because the God of this place is special.

You don’t need another message from me. You need a connection with God!

God’s purpose is to impregnate someone with His purpose.

You are not a waste of God’s time.

He took you through the valley to bring you to the mountain top.

The Word of God has power to create.

We’re all pregnant; but we’re not all pregnant with God’s purpose.

You may be the very one God will use.

We need to measure everything by the Word.

God hasn’t called the church to “get along.” It’s called to “overcome!”

Without a vision; a dream; the people perish.

If not us; who? In not here; where? If not now; when?

Get ready; something’s ready to happen.

God’s promise will produce His purpose.
