Thoughts to Ponder

Monday, October 18, 2010

I’m not waiting on you. I’m waiting on “Him.”

We’re more carnal than we think.

When God shows up; He shows up in Spirit. God “is” a Spirit.

I don’t run away, because I’m afraid of God.

Remember when you had a passion for God?

God has an element that creates His purpose.

The “element”--the Spirit of God.

I don’t need another church service.

When God shows up, you just “think” you can sit back and take it easy.

Trust in the Lord; not in man.

People start taking for granted God’s purpose element.

God will never share His glory, no matter what the expense.

People want to “control” God’s purpose.

God’s “purpose” is more important to God than you think.

People who want to look “good,” never repent.

God level stuff--that’s what we’re after.

Every church that is not a Spirit-filled church, is hindering His purpose.

Were do we think we can do it “our” way.

I’m a boat rocker.

A sacrifice--we never take for granted what God has done.

If it’s in the book, that settles it.

We can’t pay for what God does for us.

We need to be thankful for what He’s done.

The Lord says, “Recognize My purpose.”

It is never another way; it is always God’s way.

He’ll make it about you if you, first, make it about Him.

When your desire for Him is bigger than any other desire you have; He’ll show up.

God honors faithfulness.

No, we haven’t seen His best.
