Thoughts to Ponder

Sunday, January 2, 2011

For with God, nothing will be impossible!

God wants our praise to catch up with our expectation.

We need to elevate our praise.

From your heart…to His heart.

Believe God for the impossible.

You cannot dream bigger than your Creator.

This is the year we’ll win our family.

Expect God to do something this year.

“God, we’ll get them here; you get ‘em!”

If we go after “Him,” He’ll go after “them.”

Jesus is in the saving business.

God is looking for a place He can be God.

Hang on to the things of God!

God doesn’t need us; but He’ll use us.

“Not by might; not by power; but by My Spirit,” says the Lord.

People need a place to come to where they can meet with God.

He’s a “right now” God, who honors a “right now” faith, from a “right now” people.

We need to greatly worship Him!

This year, two things: 1. Our loved ones saved. 2. The City of the Lord takes its rightful place.

I’m tired of people looking at the dirt (we’re “all” dirt). We need to look at the God of the dirt.

He hasn’t changed.

The “Church” is the place where people come to meet with God.

All we owe this world…is “God.”

There’s always room for one more person.

I want people to have God encounters.

It’s a new year. If we start this year different; it will end different.

If God’s in it--it’s a grateful invitation.

Let’s be about our Father’s business.

From the New Year’s service

We’ve been through “supernatural” pruning.

That Jesus would be glorified.

That we would see souls prepared for heaven in 2011.

Everything that the Kingdom has…is ours.

“God, you’ve given your best, and we receive the rest.”

Tomorrow has a greater promise than the failures of our past.

2011; things come from heaven.

The struggles of 2010...are over!

2011...the year of the family.

Use us for your Glory, God.

2011; great and mighty things.

We’ll live, and not die, and declare the works of the Lord!

The more we go after “Him,” the more He’ll go after “them.”

This is the year we “press in.”

I don’t care what the question is; Jesus is the answer!

Thank you, Lord, for multitudes of lost souls.

Lord, teach us to look up.

The answer is always…up.

When we come to church we need to “press in.”

We have a responsibility to see the Kingdom of God…grow.

We can let this year take us, or we can “take” this year.

Use us for your Glory, God.

A soul winning center like the Midwest’s never seen.
